The recorder is produced with a “badge” fixture to be attached to the clothing with a magnetic clip. There is an option to apply information about company on the front panel of the recorder.
Modifications: Witness model 1-300h, Witness model 2-300h (last digits in the models' names show the maximum recording duration in hours).
Witness audio recorder manufactured in two models that differ in dimensions, weight and availability of pockets. Dimensions and weight are specified without magnetic fixture.
It is extremely easy to operate the recorder. At the beginning of a working day the employee fixes the recorder to the clothing (magnetic clip does not damage it), presses the button to start recording and the device records all that is going on during the day. Each entry is automatically attached to the date and time as well as to the recorder's number, so the desired event can be easily found. After the working day (or the working week) is over, the recordings can be copied for backup to the PC via USB port.
The recorder makes it possible:
- To control continuously quality of customer service
- To have evidence when conflict situation appears
The microphone is on the front panel of the recorder and provides high-quality recording.
